Murah Murah... RM3 RM5 RM10 satu pasang cepat cepat beli... This is what we always heard at pasar malam. But if we shopping at super mall, you will get surprice when saw some price tag which printed RM59.90, RM79.90 or even up to hundred++. For example brand Cabana, Rio, Captiva etc, they really worth to that price. It is so light when you wear it and so comfort.

Mid-Autumn Festival

Today (15 Aug, Chinese Calendar) is chinese 5th tradition festival in a year. Someone call this day as Mooncake festival, Moon festival, Chang Er Pheng Yue festival. No matter what name is it, the important is we had a reunion treat together. This year quite special because got one babe(newly joined family member) and a special person dinner together.

This is the symbolic food which must eat during this festival. I like to eat the ling kok (the black color one, looks like deer horn). If you don't have strong teeth, you may need to get help from Mr. Hammer to take out the shell. The other 2 are pamelo and baby yam. They are my favourite.

My first time step on Bali's land on 15 June 2008. A nice trip but quite rush and missed out a lot of must go places not visited. I like this photo very much. Can u guess is it sunrise or sunset? I like sea very much but at the same time also very scared of it.

Early morning 5:30am woke up and went for dolphin tour. More than 10 boats go together. Now you see now u don't. They (dolphins) playing hide and seek with us. What an exciting experience!!!

Warm sunlight, calm sea, soft wind. A nice sounds of music without any instruments.

Farewell lunch

Today had a farewell lunch in a Korean restaurant. It just behind the Ampang Gleneagle Hosp. Wow..... very spacious and nice decorated. But not romantic (because too bright hahaha.....) What makes me surprise is it provide entertainment session. Three pretty korean ladies sing songs and dancing, wearing their tradition costume.

They really very beautiful. My eyes stare at her face hard to move away. If I am guy..... sure..... :) oops...... forgot about the food, the food ok la.... because I just took the veg rice only. But my colleagues looks like very satisfied with the food, all the plate eat until so clean so shine like moon :p We have a enjoyable and memorable time there. Go, you won't regret.

Our Responsibility

What is our responsibility to society? Did you ever think about it?
I had shorlisted five,

1. restraint (约) ~ everybody needs freedom. Too much freedom will make one lost. Small children like to run anywhere shout, as loud as they can, play as much as they want, etc. Adult got more freedom, out of parents control. They can go anywhere as they wish, watch any movie read any type of materials as they want, do anything as they desire. But always remember whatever we do we must listen to our heart first.

2. forgiveness (恕) ~ fire can burn, word can kill. They are burden. Learn to forgive then we can get more happiness.

3. frugality (俭) ~ eat what shld eat, buy what shld buy, use what shld use, save what shld save.

4. respect (敬) ~ respect outsider is always easier than our close family member, husband, wife, children and parents.

5. love (爱) ~ with love the whole world will be peace. No boundaries, no colors, no demand, no shame.

Rehabilitation

We leave in a situation where we often pass down some of our values (from our parents) to our next generation. Without noticing, we may be using the way our parents treat us as a child, our siblings and others around us. No! We need to stop. We need to 'erase the Multi-generation wound' (words from Georgianna, founder and director of The Urbane Academy). Right from our great grandparents to our grandparents to our parents, maybe, could be, there are some negative parenting happens because they didn't know any better. Do we still want to pass down all these to our next generation? What is the legacy you leave for your children? What are the values you want them to held on? What type of people you want them to be? Changes start from ourselves.
Sure all of us want to make it to be better. Ask yourself, have you make that change? Did you take your first step? Yes, I had done it but failed because of.....bla bla bla. Blame is the most horrible and irresponsible excuses. This attitude will only drag us down. No matter where, business, marriage or relationship, blaming is ridiculous. We need to be responsible for every act of our life. Stop taking things personally. Instead, be respectful and sensitive to others.
Easier said than done. Be sure and without a doubt, when practised by all, this will make a better working and living environment.

My First Post

A Happy Life

Everyone want and always dream for a happy life. But to really own this "HAPPINESS" is not as easy as we think of. When someone ask you 'Are you happy?' 'Are you satisfy with your life?' 'Are you having the life you want?' Ponder on it for a moment. Then dwell on your reply for a minute or two. May be you can come up with a total blank answer. We just continuing and repeating our life everyday and we unconsciously forgot something. But for those who can come up with an answer or two, remember this: you and only you alone are responsible for the life you lead. You make the changes and you change it.
